WELCOME

St Ursula’s College, Yeppoon, is the only all girls, Catholic Boarding and Day Secondary College in Central Queensland. We celebrate every student and their unique abilities; our culture and environment produces strong, worldly women, capable of forging a positive path for themselves and others.

Our Boarding House, Yumba-Gy-You, is located on campus, nestled in the foothills of the Yeppoon Central Business District, within walking distance to the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Yeppoon has a population of 18,100 residents and is a safe and friendly close-knit community on the Capricorn Coast in tropical Queensland.

As you navigate this website and our resources, we trust that you will be equipped to make the best choice for your daughter’s future; however, if we can be of further assistance do not hesitate to contact the College.

Here's a #FlashbackFriday in honour of National Boarding Week, as well as a snapshot of our present day Boarding House. Our Boarding College is a 'home away from home' to amazing young women - as it has been for generations - who are guided and supervised by dedicated, wonderful staff. Happy #NationalBoardingWeek!

Very interested to know what year the photo on the bottom right was taken please? Iam a past old girl from 1995 to 1999. So much has changed since we left..the most striking is now the complete conversion from our brown and white uniform to the current ones. And afternoon wear for boarders this was gone by the time we finished in 1999.

Hello from a 1950s boarder. Jeanette Hartley (Bullen)

Ha ha, that is an oldie, wasn't taken as long ago as those uniform ones though.😃

Wish there were more photos!

Leona Eka looks like Moiz in front row of one of these pics.
