Sports Co-ordinator

Applications are invited for the position of Sports Co-ordinator commencing January 2022.

The purpose of this position is to promote sport, physical activity and fitness through the organisation of activities at the College. The role also involves the supervision and co-ordination of students at local sporting fixtures where students are participating as a College Team and supporting students who are representing the College with attendance and participation at local, inter-school, district and regional level competition/events.

This is a term-time position, initially part-time (approximately 35 hours per week) with the possibility of full-time hours considered after 6 months. This role will involve afternoon, evening and on occasions, week-end work.

A positive notice issued by Blue Card Services and current first aid and CPR qualifications are required. Coaching certification and/or Umpiring certification in Netball, Touch football or Rugby League would be highly regarded.

Science Laboratory Technician – Part-Time Term Time (approximately 30 hours per week)

Applications are invited for the position of Science Laboratory Technician.  The successful applicant will provide support to the Teaching staff within the Science program of the College through the preparation and design of experiment and classroom activities, organisation of the laboratory and associated facilities and assisting with student learning in the classroom and excursions.

A positive notice issued by Blue Card Services is required.  An immediate start is preferred however the actual commencement date will be negotiated.

Boarding Supervisor

Applications are invited for the position of Boarding Supervisor. This position is for approximately 70 hours per fortnight and involves weekend work, overnight stays (7 per fortnight) and is term time only.

Being a Supervisor is a fun and rewarding role with no two days the same. This role would suit applicants who are dedicated to enriching the lives of adolescents and have a genuine interest in working with teenage girls.

A senior first aid certificate and a positive notice issued by Blue Card Services is required. The willingness to obtain an LR licence is highly desirable.
